Below are the loan types that we offer along with a brief description of each. Signature Loans: These are loans made for a variety of purposes. They are based on your credit worthiness and are available up to the amount of $7,500.00 for individuals, and $15,000.00 for joint credit where both individuals have qualified for the loan. Examples of this type of loan are: Vacations, Christmas, Tuition, Computers, Taxes and Debt Consolidation. Vehicle Loans: This type of loan is available for the purchase of any of the following:
FHA Title I Loans: This type of loan can be used for those needed repairs or for expansion to your home. Home Equity Loans: This is a fixed rate, closed end loan using your primary residence as collateral. We loan up to 90% of the appraised value less your first mortgage. The APR on this loan is 3% above our primary share account dividend rate. Recreational Loans: VAC offers loans for all of your recreational needs. Whether it be a new or used boat, a jet ski, a motorcycle, a tractor, a riding lawn mower, a golf cart, an RV for traveling, or any other driven equipment, we can help to make your dreams come true. VISA credit cards are offered in either Classic or Gold. VAC offers a competitive rate for our VISA cards and there is no annual fee or transfer fee.
